Brent Roeck, M.B.A.

Vice President, Program and Alliance Management

Brent Roeck, M.B.A., has served as Quince’s Vice President, Program and Alliance Management since June 2024. To this role he brings nearly 30 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience across clinical operations, program management, and alliance management.

Prior to joining Quince, Mr. Roeck was the Vice President, Program Management at Reneo Pharmaceuticals, leading late stage-development of a small molecule for a rare, genetically driven mitochondrial disease. Prior to Reneo, he was the Vice President of Program and Alliance Management for Spectrum Pharmaceuticals responsible for leading late-stage and commercial programs in oncology, including activities supporting multiple New Drug Applications and a Biologic License Application, in addition to alliance management of partners in Europe and Asia. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Salmedix, Inc. (acquired by Cephalon), Agouron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (acquired by Warner-Lambert and subsequently Pfizer), and Parexel International Corp.

Mr. Roeck received his M.B.A from Pepperdine University and his B.S. in Biology from University of California, Los Angeles.
